The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.2.0 - May 16, 2024. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 10.2.3. Fixed an issue on Panorama where performing a commit and push intermittently failed to push the committed configuration to managed firewalls. On the Panorama management server, performing a Commit and Push ( Commit > Commit and Push ) may intermittently not push the committed configuration changes to managed firewalls. Workaround: Select Commit > Push to Devices to push the committed configuration changes to your managed firewalls.
