The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.1.10 - May 15, 2024. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 10.2.5, 10.1.10. Fixed an issue where software buffer 3 was depleted when URL proxy was enabled and SSL sessions were decrypted to inject the block page. This issue occurred when an HTTP/2 block page was displayed for a large POST request.
