( VM-Series firewalls only ) Fixed an issue where, when manually deactivating the license, the admin user did not receive the option to download the token file and upload it to the Customer Support Portal (CSP) to deactivate the license.

The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.1.9 - May 15, 2024. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 10.2.4, 10.1.9. ( VM-Series firewalls only ) Fixed an issue where, when manually deactivating the license, the admin user did not receive the option to download the token file and upload it to the Customer Support Portal (CSP) to deactivate the license.
