The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.1.9 - May 15, 2024. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 10.2.4, 10.1.9. Fixed an issue where the dataplane CPU utilization provided from the web interface or via SNMP was incorrect. This is observed across all platforms.
