The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.2.0 - May 16, 2024. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 10.2.1. Fixed an issue where Panorama was unable to distribute antivirus signature updates to firewalls with an Advanced Threat Prevention license only. Panorama is unable to distribute antivirus signature updates to firewalls with only an Advanced Threat Prevention license. Firewalls with previously installed and active Threat Prevention license are unaffected.
