After you successfully upgrade a PA-3000 Series firewall to PAN-OS 10.2.0 or later release and Enterprise data loss prevention (DLP) plugin 3.0.0 or later release, the first configuration push from the Panorama management server causes the firewall dataplane to crash. Workaround: Restart the firewall to restore dataplane functionality. Log in to the firewall CLI . Restart the firewall. admin> request restart system

The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.2.0 - May 16, 2024. After you successfully upgrade a PA-3000 Series firewall to PAN-OS 10.2.0 or later release and Enterprise data loss prevention (DLP) plugin 3.0.0 or later release, the first configuration push from the Panorama management server causes the firewall dataplane to crash.
