The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.1.6 - May 15, 2024. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 10.2.2, 10.1.6. Fixed an IoT cloud connectivity issue with the firewall dataplane when the Data Services service route was used and the egress interface had VLAN tagging.
