Fixed an issue on the firewall where the useridd process stopped responding after a commit from Panorama. This occurred due to a timing issue where a HIP query from the dataplane was initiated before the process had finished initialization.

The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.1.6 - May 15, 2024. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 10.1.6. Fixed an issue on the firewall where the useridd process stopped responding after a commit from Panorama. This occurred due to a timing issue where a HIP query from the dataplane was initiated before the process had finished initialization.
