The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.1.7 - May 15, 2024. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 10.2.3, 10.1.7. ( VM-Series firewalls in Microsoft Azure environments only ) Fixed an issue where the firewall stopped monitoring HA failure and floating IP addresses did not get moved to the newly active firewall.
