The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.1.8 - May 15, 2024. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 10.2.4, 10.1.8. Fixed an issue where the dataplane CPU usage was higher than expected due to packet looping in the broker session when the network packet broker was enabled.
