The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.2.3 - May 16, 2024. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 10.2.3, 10.2.3. Fixed an issue that occurred when authenticating into GlobalProtect with authentication override cookies and SAML where, if the cookie was invalid, authentication did not fall back to SAML.
