The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.1.10 - May 15, 2024. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 10.2.5, 10.1.10. Fixed an issue where the system log generated on GlobalProtect satellite did not provide the reason for failures to connect to the GlobalProtect portal or gateway.
