The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.1.9 - May 15, 2024. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 10.2.3, 10.2.4, 10.1.9. Fixed an issue on Panorama where the web interface was not accessible and displayed the error 504 Gateway Not Reachable due to the mgmtsrvr process not responding.
