The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.1.12 - May 15, 2024. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 10.2.8, 10.1.12. Fixed an issue where you were unable to create a file exception ( Monitor > Threat Log > Detailed Log view > Create Exception ), and the following error message was displayed: no antivirus profile corresponding to threat log .
