A knob was introduced to toggle the default behavior of BGP in the Advanced Routing stack to not suppress duplicate updates. By default, the prefix updates are suppressed for optimization.

Description:
The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.2.9 - May 16, 2024. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 11.1.3, 10.2.9. A knob was introduced to toggle the default behavior of BGP in the Advanced Routing stack to not suppress duplicate updates. By default, the prefix updates are suppressed for optimization.
