The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.1.13 - May 15, 2024. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 11.1.2, 10.1.13. Fixed an issue where firewalls failed to fetch content updates from the Wildfire Private Cloud due to an Unsupported protocol error.
