Purpose
This article documents how to customize the Welcome emails sent out by the Veeam Service Provider Console.
Solution
To customize the Welcome Email: Download the Welcome email sample on this article. Modify the required parameters in the template. On the Veeam Service Provider Console server, create a new folder named “Template” for the custom email in this directory: C:\Program Files\Veeam\Availability Console\ApplicationServer\ Save your new Welcome email template as “WelcomeEmail.xslt” and place it in the “Template” folder. Example 1To change the subject for the Welcome email, use this section from the template:
