Requirements

Please confirm you are running version 5.0.0.6726 before installing Patch 1. You can check this by logging in to the backup portal and navigating to the Configuration > Support Information tab. After upgrading, your server build will be  5.0.0.6838.

What’s New

Veeam Agent for Microsoft Windows  Service providers running the RTM version of the backup agent can now upgrade their agent installations to the GA build.

Resolved issues

Upgrade VSPC services do not start after the upgrade if there are cloned Veeam Cloud Connect servers present in the infrastructure.

Solution

To install Patch 1, perform these steps:  Back up the VSPC configuration database. Log off from all active VSPC UI sessions. Execute the VSPC.ApplicationServer.x64_5.0.0.6838.msp file on the VSPC server as administrator. Execute VSPC.WebUI.x64_5.0.0.6838.msp as administrator on the VSPC UI (IIS) server.   To upgrade Veeam Agent for Microsoft Windows from RTM to GA version, perform these steps:
