Description:

Challenge

Attempting to update Veeam Intelligent Diagnostics signatures fails, and a pop-up appears with the message: Failed to import signatures

Cause

This issue occurs due to recent certificate changes that affected the Veeam Intelligent Diagnostics signature update process.

Solution

Follow the steps below to install the hotfix to resolve this issue. Notes: The hotfix is only compatible with: Veeam ONE v11   (11.0.0.1379) Veeam ONE v11a (11.0.1.1880) If the Veeam ONE Server is running Windows 7, the Program Compatibility Assistant may display the warning, "This program might not have installed correctly." This message can be safely ignored.
