How does Smarts determine the Card Status on a Juniper M40e device?A CIP card on a Juniper M40e device is showing as "OTHER" status
Values of "online" (6) and "standby" (10) will produce "OK" values for the card status of the device. The value of "present" (3) will produce a status of "OTHER". This functionality is by design as a "present" status does not reflect the operational state of the card sufficiently to signify an "OK" status.
The card status on a Juniper M40e device is determined from the OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.2636.3.1.15.1.8. This OID indicates the operational status of the submodule. Valid values for this OID include the following:unknown(1)empty(2)present(3)ready(4)announceOnlineonline(6)anounceOffline(7)offline(8)diagnostic(9)standby(10)
