There has been a previous attempt to remove device through the Smarts NCM user interface that was unsuccessful.
If you are not able to remove a device within the Smarts Network Configuration Manager user interface as described above, you will need to contact EMC Customer Services (CS) for assistance with manually removing the problem device. Open a Service Request (SR) with EMC Customer Services through the EMC Online Support site (http://www.support.emc.com) or by phone, and reference this solution ID in your SR.
