Description:
Symptoms
SMARTS Server log file says no response from ping but can successfully ping from command lineOn Microsoft Windows, The server's log file indicates for seeded devices "No Response from Ping". These devices remain on the pending List. However, when they execute a CLI ping, there is a response.
Cause
This is due to a Microsoft Windows bug.
