Smarts NPM: BGP traps are not being interpreted by BGP managerDevice is not on the BGP pending list for discoveryBGP Domain Server receives bgpEstablished or bgpBackwardTransition traps
When the neighbor endpoint on the device is still available and is found in the topology, the BGP server does not put the device that sent the trap onto the pending list.
The system is functioning as designed. If the device must be put on the pending list when it sends BGP traps, regardless of whether a neighbor endpoint exists and is available in the topology, contact EMC Smarts Technical Support for a workaround.
