Symptoms
Slow performance of VoyenceControl installationSlow performance of VoyenceControl application functions
Cause
Slow performance during or after the installation of VoyenceControl has been found to be caused by virus checking software operations.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, do the following: During installation of VoyenceControl, disable virus checking software.After installation has completed, add the following directories to the virus checking software's ignore list: VOYENCE_HOME\db\controldb\data VOYENCE_HOME\db\controldb\logs VOYENCE_HOME\data VOYENCE_HOME\logs JBOSS_HOME\server\vc-server\log JBOSS_HOME\server\vc-server\tmp JBOSS_HOME\server\vc-server\work
