To start a discovery, run the following command from BASEDIR\smarts\bin: ./dmctl -s <<AM server>> invoke ICF_TopologyManager::ICF-TopologyManager startTo stop a discovery, run the following command from BASEDIR\smarts\bin: ./dmctl -s <<AM server>> invoke ICF_TopologyManager::ICF-TopologyManager stop
