Description:
Symptoms
Receive the following error when trying to install Smarts SAM in a Windows environment:The wizard can not continue because of the following error: could not find wizard home (101)WARNING: could not delete temporary file cL\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\1\ismp001WARNING: could not delete temporary file cL\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\1\ismp001\1386545WARNING: could not delete temporary file cL\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\1\ismp001\2188875
Cause
The Smarts SAM installation file is corrupted.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, download a new Smarts SAM 7.x installation package. Registered EMC customers can obtain this package on Powerlink at the following location:Home > Support > Software Downloads and Licensing > Downloads S > Smarts Service Assurance Management Suite
