Symptoms
Cannot delete or view properties of a UserProfile in Smarts SAM Global ManagerCannot run any operation on UserProfile from front end Smarts SAM Global Manager Admin ConsoleUserProfile is greyed out in Smarts SAM Global Manager Administration Console
Resolution
Use the following dmctl command to DELETE the user from the back end: <BASEDIR>/SAM/smarts/bin/dmctl -s INCHARGE delete ICS_User_<UserProfile> You can use the following command to VIEW a user's info: <BASEDIR>/SAM/smarts/bin//dmctl -s <domain> get ICS_User::<user> Example: ./dmctl -s INCHARGE-SA get ICS_User::ICS-User-adminProperties of ICS_User::ICS-User-admin: CreationClassName = ICS_User Description = DisplayName = admin LastChangedAt = 1445353266 MemberOf = ICS_UserProfile::ICS-PROFILE-admin-profile Name = ICS-User-admin ServiceName = UserName = admin enable = TRUE
