Smarts NCM/VoyenceControl cannot discover a deviceSmarts NCM/VoyenceControl discovery job results state the following: Valid Credentials Found, but could not determine driver for device
The device class of the device is not enabled in the Smarts NCM/VoyenceControl Auto Discovery Manager.
To address this issue, do the following: Open the Smarts NCM/VoyenceControl System Administration window and navigate to the target network. Under the Auto Discovery Manager > Device Classes area for that network, do either of the following: Manage the device class for the device you are discovering. Uncheck the Override Network Device Classes Settings option.
