To change the password in APG, you must follow these instructions: Access into your APG database: Under Windows: Start a command prompt and go to C:/Program Files/APG/MySql/bin and execute: mysql u apg pwatch4net D apg Under UNIX/Linux: APG provides a script to connect to the database under the bin directory, this script(mysql-client.sh) will propose you default answers: /opt/APG/bin/mysql-client.sh Enter your username, database name and password: Enter username: [apg] Enter database: [apg] Enter password: by default is "watch4net" Then, in the mysql command console, run these lines: mysql> use master; mysql> UPDATE `users` SET `password` = 'newpassword' WHERE `username`='admin' LIMIT 1 ; Now your APG password will be "newpassword". Log in to the APG console as admin using your new password.
