Smarts IP: IP domain crashing on startup

Description:
Symptoms
The Smarts IP domain is crashing on startup and the following error can be seen just before the crash in the logs: ICF-N-SUBSCRIBERSTART-Starting internal subscription adapter [20-Aug-2008 08:39:52+707ms GMT] t@1 dmboot CI-E-EWHILE-While executing function "doOpen" CI-EFLOWID-For flow CI_FlowTCP_U [HTTP acceptor, port 9108] NOREAD | NOWRITE | PHYSICAL | ACCEPTOR . *:9108* KS 20-Aug-2008 08:39:53 GMT, KR 20-Aug-2008 08:39:53 GMT . Cause
The previous Smarts IP domain instances have not closed down correctly and there is an sm_server process still running for the domain.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, stop/remove any old sm_server processes that are running and restart the Smarts IP domain.
