Description:
Symptoms
While using Microsoft Teams for calling, there is a message: "Your device doesn't support connection via VMware. Audio and video quality may be reduced." Sample Screenshot:Classic Teams. New Teams.
Cause
Teams optimization is enabled on the Horizon agent desktop, but the client endpoint does not support optimization.
Resolution
To resolve this issue: Confirm that your client endpoint supports Media Optimization for Microsoft Teams.
