Issue with upgrade from VxRail version 7.0.100 to 7.0.101 on VCF 4.1.0.1

Description:

Symptoms

1. After successful application of VxRail bundle 7.0.101 on management domain, the bundle continues to show as available for upgrade.2. Starting upgrade with VxRail bundle 7.0.101 on a workload domain results in error. Following exception is observed in LCM log.[vcf_lcm,5e9ede2b992f4d86,541c] [c.v.e.s.e.h.LocalizableRuntimeExceptionHandler,http-nio-127.0.0.1-7400-exec-5] [AB5FLS] BUNDLE_APPLY_OPERATION_NOT_ALLOWED Selected bundle VXRAIL7-0-101-26770072DL101581_VxRail-7-0-101-Composite-Upgrade-Slim-Package-for-7-0-x-zip must be applied to management domain sddcId-1001com.vmware.evo.sddc.common.core.error.ForbiddenResponseException: Selected bundle VXRAIL7-0-101-26770072DL101581_VxRail-7-0-101-Composite-Upgrade-Slim-Package-for-7-0-x-zip must be applied to management domain sddcId-1001 at com.vmware.vcf.lcm.rest.api.controller.v1.common.ExceptionAssemblers.toRestExceptionFromLcmException(ExceptionAssemblers.java:153) at com.vmware.vcf.lcm.rest.api.controller.v1.upgrade.UpgradeController.performUpgrade(UpgradeController.java:130) at com.vmware.vcf.lcm.rest.api.controller.v1.upgrade.UpgradeController$$FastClassBySpringCGLIB$$be1186f1.invoke(<generated>) at org.springframework.cglib.proxy.MethodProxy.invoke(MethodProxy.java:218)

Purpose

This is an informational KB to let customers know that this is a known issue

Cause

Issue is observed because of partner bundle metadata for VxRail 7.0.131 bundle

Resolution

This is a known issue.No resolution as of now.

Workaround

Disconnect SDDC Manager from depots1. Login to SDDC Manager UI2. Navigate to "Repository Settings" under "Administration"3. Click on "Disconnect" for Vmware and Dell EMC depotsCleanup metadata for VxRail 7.0.131 bundle1. Login to SDDC Manager via SSH2. Switch to root3. Run the bundle cleanup utility to remove the bundle from SDDC. /opt/vmware/vcf/lcm/lcm-app/bin/bundle_cleanup.py VXRAIL7-0-131-26875681DL102694_VXRAIL_COMPOSITE-7-0-131-26875681_for_VCF_only-zipComplete upgrades on all workload domains and then reconnect SDDC Manager to depots
