VMware will not be responsible for recovering any failed Pods that have reached End of General Support and will provide support on a best-effort basis and may result in customers having to rebuild their PODs. Customers that fail to consume upgrades in a timely manner could face an outage for the Pods manifest versions that have reached End of General Support, which could result in end-user downtime. Therefore, we strongly recommend that customers accommodate the planned upgrade activities. Customers are notified in advance of any scheduled upgrade activities.
