Cause
The host has been reused/renamed and the stale entries have not been removed from the DNS.This causses for the SDDC manager to intermittently look for the old host name in the VC inventory.
Resolution
Validate DNS Entries of the specific ESXi showed in error.Correct the DNS records.Restart sddc service /opt/vmware/vcf/operationsmanager/scripts/cli/sddcmanager_restart_services.sh Retry the upgrade.
