Unable to connect to admin page and stops accepting Horizon Client connections at Horizon 2303 and later

Description:
Symptoms
After a period of time, the Connection Server will no longer accept connections to the admin page, or via Horizon software client or HTML client. The page times out.Underlying Network accessibility to the connection broker is ok (ping, nslookup,)A restart of the Connection Server service restores connectivity. Cause
This issue is related to OpenJDK. Horizon 2303 iutilizes OpenJDK 11.0.17.0.1.234. Older version is not occurred this issue like Horizon 2212.
Resolution
Currently, it is under investigation.
Workaround
If possible, please disable Secure tunneling in CS and test the behavior.
