Description:
Symptoms
Serial Keys with product name "VMware NSX Advanced Load Balancer Enterprise for NSX per Core Term License" can only be decrypted with NSX ALB controller version 30.1.1 and 22.1.5. The error will look like below
Resolution
Upgrade to fix versions 30.1.1+ or 22.1.5+
Workaround
If upgrading to fix version is not possible, please reach out to your sales representative to request a temporary license.
