Resolution
これは SDDC 1.11 及びそれ以降にリリースされた vCenter Cloud Gataway で期待された動作です。vsphere.local は Hybrid linked Mode のリンクにおける identity source としてサポートされなくなりました。自身の AD domain を Cloud vCenter にリンクする Identity Source として選択してください。
