If you are an End User Computing (EUC) customer, please refer to this knowledge base article for information regarding system and tool migration to EUC hosted systems. The process of transitioning to Broadcom systems and the necessary migration of VMware systems will begin at approximately 5:00 p.m. (PDT) on Tuesday, April 30, 2024, and conclude on Sunday, May 5, 2024, at approximately 7:30 p.m. (PDT). Between those two dates, if you need support, please contact VMware's customer service team at 877-4-VMWARE (877-486-9273) or by submitting a support case through VMware Customer Connect. To ensure a smooth transition and shutdown process, beginning at approximately 5:00 p.m. PDT on Wednesday, April 30, 2024, customers will only be able to perform a limited set of operations. These features will no longer be available: User RegistrationLicense ManagementUsers/PermissionsEA ManagementSuccess PlansSubscription Delivery Platform (SDP)My FundsPurchase or Upgrade ProductsEnroll in Learning CoursesPurchase Support Incidents These features will remain available: Download product binaries and patchesProduct EvaluationsCreate CasesManage CasesClose CasesReports Similar features and functionality will be available to VMware customers in the Broadcom Customer Support Portal starting on Sunday, May 5, 2024, at approximately, 7:30 p.m. (PDT). Additionally, you can expect the following account, entitlement, contact, and support data to be transferred to the Broadcom Customer Support Portal: Active contractsProduct entitlements tied to active contractsContacts associated with product entitlements tied to active contractsProduct licensesAll open support cases (service requests)Support cases (service requests) closed in the last six months
