Description:
Issue
In Firebox System Manager, the Status Report does not load for a FireCluster. This is caused by an HAOPEvent.log entry. To verify whether you have this issue, follow the workaround steps below. In the status_report.txt file, look for a line of text with square boxes in the Cluster HA event section.
Workaround/Solution
Follow the steps to Download the Diagnostic Log Message File in Firebox System Manager.Extract the contents of the file. To see the Status Report text, open the \support\system\status_report.txt file.
