Description:
Issue
The proxy cache stores the action specified in the WebBlocker Server Timeout settings for all sites users try to access while the WebBlocker Server is unavailable. After the WebBlocker Server becomes available again, WebBlocker continues to use the cached result for those sites.
Workaround/Solution
Reboot the Firebox.
