After you upgrade a Firebox to Fireware v12.5.4, the device might not be able to communicate with the 12.5.4 SSO Agent. In this case, the SSO debug log file includes entries with this text: async-xxx Please login first.
Reboot or power cycle the Firebox. If this does not resolve the issue, contact WatchGuard Support.
