Issue
On 6 August 2020, we identified an issue in MSSP Prepaid Points renewal for Fireboxes where all devices were renewed for Total Security Suite (TSS), including ones that should have renewed for Standard Support or Basic Security Suite (BSS). Points deduction was not affected, and partners’ points balances will be consumed for the correct security suite that matches what they chose on MSSP Command.
