Users cannot activate tokens in the AuthPoint mobile app

Description:

Issue

AuthPoint users with v1.14.0 or lower of the AuthPoint mobile app cannot activate tokens. When users try to activate a token, they receive error code 206035005.This issue only occurs if users have no existing tokens on their device. Users with v1.14.0 or lower of the AuthPoint mobile app that have one or more active tokens can successfully activate new tokens.

Workaround/Solution

Users must update the AuthPoint mobile app to v1.15.0 or higher.
