Incorrect Autotask account configuration causes high number of failed API calls

Description:

Issue

If you do not correctly type your account name for the Firebox in the Autotask configuration, this causes a high number of API call errors to Autotask servers.

Workaround/Solution

This issue is resolved in Fireware v12.5.5 U1 and v12.6.2 U2.When you associate an existing Autotask account name with your Firebox, make sure your account name is correct in your Autotask configuration on the Firebox. Click Lookup to make sure the company account name is accurate and exists on the Autotask server.
