Issue
When the Force randomization for images (Mandatory ASLR) setting is set to On by default in the Windows Security App & Browser Control settings, you see an error message like this when you try to install WSM: Runtime error (at - 1:0); cannot import dll:c:\users\....\is-NKUU.tmp\IssProc.dll
Workaround/Solution
Open the Windows Security App & Browser Control settings.In the Exploit protection section, click Exploit protection settings.From the Force randomization for images (Mandatory ASLR) drop-down list, select Use default (Off).Install WSM.Change the Force randomization for images (Mandatory ASLR) setting back to its original value. Note: If this workaround does not resolve the issue, it might be caused by something else. For more information, see issproc.dll error when installing WatchGuard System Manager.
