When you try to map your TDR account to your WatchGuard Cloud account, the mapping process takes an excessive amount of time and either times out or fails with the message "An error has occurred, please contact your account owner or administrator."
The account migration process migrates one Tier-2 account at a time. Each account migration can take several seconds to complete. If the migration process times out, try the migration again. Any account that migrates successfully will appear on the migration page but cannot be modified or updated. For accounts with many Tier-2 subscriber accounts, it can take two or three tries to fully migrate all accounts. If the migration continues to time out and no progress is made, or if the message "An error has occurred, please contact your account owner or administrator" appears, open a Technical Support case and include the Tier-1 account number, and the account IDs for all remaining Tier-2 Subscriber accounts. To find account IDs in WatchGuard Cloud, select Administration, and then select Account > My Account. The account IDs start with "WGC-".
