Description:
Issue
When you receive a push notification on your Android phone and tap the notification, the AuthPoint app opens but does not show a push notification. The push notification was discarded and you must authenticate again. This issue is caused by a new Brief setting for notifications on devices that run Android 10 or Android 11.
Workaround/Solution
Change the notification settings on your mobile device from Brief to Detailed. To do this, go to Settings > Lock screen > Notifications and tap Detailed (in the Notification pop-up style section).
