When you try to manage TDR for a Tier-2 Subscriber account, you might see a license activation screen on the Monitor > Threat Detection and Configure > Threat Detection menus even though Host Sensors are allocated to your accounts. While this license activation message appears, you cannot manage TDR, but TDR still functions and continues to provide protection.Note: Expired Host Sensors continue to report threats for a seven day grace period after the license expiration date. Because of this grace period, the Inventory menu may show your account is in an overallocated state. For more information about licenses and grace periods, see TDR Licensing.
In your TDR WatchGuard Cloud Service Provider account, navigate to the Inventory menu and check if your account has over-allocated Host Sensors. If your Host Sensors are over-allocated, reduce your license allocations to a number lower than the total number of Host Sensor licenses. After you reduce the number of Host Sensors allocated, contact Support and provide the account number of the affected Tier-1 Subscriber account. The account number starts with ACC-.For more information about how to manage TDR licenses, see Manage TDR Host Sensor Licenses.
