Description:
Issue
If the internal URL specified in the Access Portal Reverse Proxy settings requires conditional DNS forwarding to reach the correct DNS Server, an error appears when users try to connect through the Access Portal.
Workaround/Solution
There are two workarounds for this issue: Make the DNS Server the primary configured DNS Server so that conditional DNS forwarding is not required. Specify the IP address instead of a URL.
