Description:
Issue
When you configure user authentication on a cloud-managed Firebox, connections to the Firebox Authentication Portal on TCP port 4100 are not allowed by default. The cloud-managed Firebox authentication settings do not include an option to enable connections to the Authentication Portal.
Workaround/Solution
To allow user connections to the Firebox authentication portal, add a First Run policy to allow WG-Auth traffic from internal networks to the Firebox. For more information, see Enable the Authentication Portal on the Firebox .
